Please read these terms carefully before using the platform — this is a binding agreement between you and 365jl.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 365jl platform and all its services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you indicate your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
1. General Rules
365jl is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
1.1 These Terms, together with the 365jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, form the complete agreement for use of the platform.

1.3 These Terms are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the final and legally binding version.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account and use the services at 365jl, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
- The account is for personal use only — managing an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
- 365jl may request additional information or documents for identity verification at any time.
Important Information
If an account is created with false information, or if a user does not cooperate with the account verification process, 365jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account. In such cases, funds held in the account may be withheld or forfeited.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
Deposits at 365jl can currently be made through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
- Funds deposited into the account may only be used by the registered account holder.
- The mobile number or bank account used at the time of deposit must be your own.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- The payment provider's own rules and fees may apply during deposit processing.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, this timeframe may change if additional verification is required.
Withdrawal Conditions
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Before the first withdrawal, a copy of a national ID card or passport may be required to confirm identity. Withdrawal funds will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit.
4. Bonus & Promotion Policy
365jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless those terms are met.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times, calculated only on the bonus amount (the deposit amount is not included). For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Each user may use each promotion only once.
- 365jl reserves the right to impose restrictions on specific games when wagering with bonus funds.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage, opposing bets, etc.), the bonus will be cancelled.

5. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games on 365jl are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Our platform uses SSL encryption and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps all results impartial and free from predictable influence.
- In sports betting, the settlement of a bet will occur after the result of the relevant event is finalised.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 365jl will ensure a reasonable resolution.
- Game providers' own rules may apply; in such cases, their rules are final.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits in sports betting may vary by game or event.
- 365jl reserves the right to correct or void any odds or results determined on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365jl platform, and any violation will result in immediate account closure:
- Creating or managing multiple accounts.
- Providing false or fraudulent information.
- Playing games using any kind of software, bot, script, or automated method.
- Deliberately exploiting technical faults or bugs in the system.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Collusion (multiple players working together to gain an unfair advantage).
- Bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security measures or carrying out a cyber attack.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
365jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these Terms is violated.
- Failure to verify identity or provision of fraudulent information.
- Suspicious financial transactions or the possibility of money laundering.
- In accordance with instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.
Users may also voluntarily contact the support team to close their account. The opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided before account closure, unless a decision has been made to forfeit funds due to a violation.
8. Responsible Gaming
